2. What Money Help AI provides

Money Help AI is a personal-finance organization and planning service. Features may include bill tracking, paycheck planning, debt organization, savings tools, financial summaries, forecasts, Safe to Spend estimates, and an AI-powered coaching experience.

Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed as the product develops. Free and Premium feature availability may also change, subject to applicable law and any notice commitments in these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Money Help AI. By creating an account, you confirm that your registration information is accurate.

4. Your account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create a security risk.

5. Financial information and estimates

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of bills, debts, income, due dates, balances, paycheck assignments, and other information entered into Money Help AI. The service does not independently verify user-entered information.

Safe to Spend, forecasts, payoff timing, Financial Health scores, and similar outputs are organizational estimates based on the information you enter. They are not verified bank balances, guarantees, credit scores, or instructions to spend money. Always confirm actual balances, transactions, due dates, and payment obligations with the relevant financial institution or creditor.

Money Help AI does not currently connect to bank accounts, move money, make payments, negotiate debts, or act as a bank, lender, credit counselor, investment adviser, attorney, accountant, or tax professional.

6. Money Help AI Coach

The AI Coach may generate summaries, suggestions, estimates, and educational guidance using questions and financial-plan information made available from your account. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

AI responses are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit-repair, or debt-settlement advice. You should independently verify important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

When an AI feature prepares a proposed change, you remain responsible for reviewing the preview before confirming it and for reviewing the resulting account record.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Money Help AI to:

• Break any law or violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automated systems in a way that harms or overloads the service.

8. Premium subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Plans and automatic renewal

Money Help AI offers an optional Premium subscription. Premium Monthly costs $7.99 per month, and Premium Yearly costs $79 per year. Both billing options provide the same Premium features. The selected price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before purchase through Stripe Checkout.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each renewal and any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by opening Settings, selecting Manage Billing, and completing the cancellation through Stripe. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal charge. Unless Stripe shows otherwise, Premium remains available through the end of the current paid billing period and then returns to Free.

If a cancellation is scheduled but the paid billing period has not ended, you may use Manage Billing to keep the subscription active. Stripe changes may take a short time or a page refresh to appear in Money Help AI.

No refunds for canceled periods

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not reverse a charge that has already been completed.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment according to the billing settings associated with the subscription. Premium access may be limited, suspended, or returned to Free if payment remains unsuccessful. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.

Price and plan changes

We may change subscription prices, taxes, or Premium features. When a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice as required by applicable law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

9. Account deletion and billing records

You may permanently delete your account through Settings → Privacy & Account. Account deletion requires identity confirmation and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account removes your Money Help AI login and cloud-saved financial-plan data. Any active Premium subscription associated with the account is canceled immediately before deletion so it will not renew. Premium access ends with account deletion, and previous payments are not automatically refunded.

Payment processors and other service providers may retain invoices, transaction records, fraud-prevention information, or other records where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Information and content you provide

You retain ownership of the bills, debts, notes, tasks, savings information, questions, and other content you enter. You grant Money Help AI and its service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

11. Money Help AI ownership and limited license

Money Help AI, including its software, design, branding, text, and original content, is owned by Money Help AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful personal purposes while you comply with these terms.

12. Third-party services

Money Help AI relies on third-party providers, including Firebase/Google for authentication and cloud storage, Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI for AI-powered features. Their services, terms, privacy practices, outages, and technical limitations may affect Money Help AI.

Money Help AI does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information submitted through Stripe is handled by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

13. Availability and updates

We work to keep Money Help AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, device limitations, or product updates may temporarily limit access or affect stored information.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Help AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that using the service will improve your finances, credit, debt, savings, or other outcomes.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Help AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, financial losses, missed payments, fees, or decisions made in reliance on the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Money Help AI or cancel Premium at any time. Simply stopping use does not cancel a subscription; use Settings → Manage Billing or the protected Delete Account process.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, fail to pay applicable charges, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically practical. Any legally required rights or obligations that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Money Help AI evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice inside the service or by email. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
